The Originals City, Hôtel La Terrasse, Tours Nord (Inter-Hotel)

It looked clean and smelt lovely. Bed sheets were as expected, fresh and clean. Room had air con, which was much needed as it was 30+ temp outside! The beds were very comfortable and we had a really food nights sleep. This was a last minute swap as we were supposed to be staying down the road at Premiere Classe Tours Nord, which we went to, walked into the room, stayed 20 minutes and left (we did pay dont worry, and didn't even bother to ask for a refund) as it was just grim and my boys wouldn't touch the walls, bedding or bathroom. We would definitely stay in this hotel again though, if we need a stop over again.

Great location for amenities , the city and restaurants. Staff were really helpful when I had a problem with my care (5*). Asked for an additional pillow, this was not a problem and was delivered to our room promptly. Good breakfast and I loved the coffee machine. My wife and I stayed here on our way down to Gascony. The room we stayed in then was not as good as the one we stayed in on this occasion, it was like a different hotel. Air conditioning was great. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. We booked dinner which was generally good but not breakfast. Good provision for the pooch and the staff were great, especially the morning receptionist who did our checkout.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Bedroom clean, bed comfortable. Hotel in commercial zone so nights are very quiet. Overall hotel is very satisfactory.

Convenient as in route to euro tunnel. Staff were friendly and helpful
